Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the JAMB Pro mobile application (the “App”), provided by Slink Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

JAMB Pro is an educational app that provides past examination questions and timed mock CBT (Computer-Based Test) practice to help students prepare for the JAMB UTME, along with progress tracking and optional social features.

2. Not affiliated with JAMB

JAMB Pro and Slink Solutions Ltd are independent and are not affiliated with, authorised, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) or any government body. “JAMB” and “UTME” are used only to describe the examinations the App helps you prepare for; all trademarks and names belong to their respective owners. Past questions are provided for educational and revision purposes.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial study. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk-extract the App’s content;
• use a name, profile photo, or content that is offensive, infringing, deceptive, or unlawful;
• harass, abuse, or harm other users.

The App includes social features and user-generated content (such as names and profile photos). We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You can block and report users in the App; we review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your content and feedback

You are responsible for the profile information you provide. By sending us feedback, suggestions, or reports, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to operate and improve the App.

6. Accounts

The App uses an anonymous account tied to your device — no email or password is required. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your device. You may delete your account and data at any time in Settings → Delete account & data.

7. Price

The App is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future; if we do, we will make the terms clear before you are charged.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep questions and explanations accurate, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or up to date, and we do not guarantee any particular examination result. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slink Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your data at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
